    This late in the month?The Free Shi# Army checks go out on the 1st,and they are spent,and the EBT cards have been used up on grape drinks and Flaming Cheetos, so I doubt they will find new customers for at least another 2 weeks. Maybe they are just camping?

    It would be nice to see an EO in 2017 rescinding all the bonuses the directors at the IRS have been getting. Pay back with interest, thank you very much...
