    Just got my upper back and I have to give PSA a +1 on customer service. They provided a UPS shipping label and agreed to give the upper receiver a look at their store. In about a two week turnaround I received my upper the other day with a straight front sight post.

    Thanks, PSA. I have no regrets from my purchase with them, and will likely do more business with them in the future.:+1:

    Great to hear! Everyone makes mistakes. Period. Customer service is about how you handle those mistakes. Sounds like they did the right thing. Good job, PSA.
