Just got my upper back and I have to give PSA a +1 on customer service. They provided a UPS shipping label and agreed to give the upper receiver a look at their store. In about a two week turnaround I received my upper the other day with a straight front sight post.

Thanks, PSA. I have no regrets from my purchase with them, and will likely do more business with them in the future.

Great to hear! Everyone makes mistakes. Period. Customer service is about how you handle those mistakes. Sounds like they did the right thing. Good job, PSA.
