I usually browse INGO without logging in. I don't post often, so if I need to post, I just log in at that time. Over the last couple of days of my usual browsing, I've noticed new pop-up ads in nearly every thread. The menus don't have it, but each page of posts does. And WOW is it annoying. It seems to be a video ad embedded in the first and/or last post, but then it pops out and follows your scrolling down on the bottom right of the screen. It can be easily x'ed closed, but then on the next page, it's back again.
I understand that INGO needs advertisements to exist, and that logging in will get rid of most of them. But for those that use the site without logging in, be they existing members, or non members that get directed to this site (like through a search result), the new pop-up ads are a huge turn-off. The large picture ads that were added to the first post on each page were bad enough, but the invasive video ads are a whole new level.
