As bad as the RINOs are, if you look at Conservative Review Liberty Score ratings, when you tell the map to sort all members of both parties according to their Liberty Scores, you'll see that the vastly overwhelming number of low scores are Democrats.

The highest Dem was 22%, and the bulk of them were less than 10%. There is a big difference between someone who votes the right way 2/3 of the time (R average) those who vote the wrong way 9 out of 10 (most Dems)
