He's right, you would be requiring the acceptance of a student who could decline any and all vaccines, including MMR, Polio etc. I certainly have no qualms about outlawing forced vaccination with unapproved vaccines like mRNA vaccines but to require acceptance into a residential setting of someone who may not have taken any childhood vaccines is opening the door to disaster. Narrow the scope and try again
