So I am utterly ignorant of Michigan election law. Does Michigan law allow for unfettered ballot harvesting?

I am aware that a number of constitutionalist States have taken pains to try to make gathering ballots for others and thus loss of chain of custody unlawful. I believe some of the more subversive States laws do not necessarily prohibit such behavior.



The above report however certainly sounds suspicious and the reporting entity seems to believe that it includes unlawful behavior.

So is there Fire here or not?
