Does the pin go all the way through where you can drive it with a punch? If not maybe take off the end plate and reach up with a pair of needle nose pliers and work it back out the side.I want to know if there is any way to get this apart without destroying it? Thanks for the info

Bottom end cwp should just clip or snap into place. Shine a light inside an you should see how it clip in.
Now I remember these abominations. I think the block serves as the floorplate, that also sticks up inside the magazine. The pin isn't a pin, its a tab of sorts that retains the block floorplate.I'm guessing you're not old enough to remember these mags. BM took 20rd mags and pinned an aluminum block in the bottom to make them only hold 10rds. I've got a couple of them from when I bought my first AR(Bushmaster) back in 1998.
