I still have PTSD from trying to walk across the rebar, catch up to the guy with the pipe, trying to keep my grip on the handle of a five-gallon bucket when I stick it into the stream of concrete shooting 100 mph out of the end of the pipe, hoping that I got enough to do the air test and/or slump test. That was 25 years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday. My respect to the materials techs.
I started as a field tech.
