    In the country, hopefully.
    Runner on aisle 7...
I’ve seen a couple new guys participating, not running IMHO. But hard to know what you’re seeing without more details…
If you happen to be talking about the latest favorite caliber thread, that seems to be a gathering place for newbs, but also an amazing number of people that have been here for a decade plus with very few posts. Kinda weird.

He was actually the guard for the goat prison. Here he was keeping some of the inmates in line

There is a fellow north-east of me that has one. When ever I drive by he is always in the same place on top of a rise. He is looking over a group of veal calves. Always see him in the same spot. Never excited, no emotion, just watching.

If I wasn’t so vested in GSD’s (home protection), I would look into them. But when I got my first dog, I didn’t have cattle and I was still traveling for the state. My wife was here alone 4 days a week, for a year or more, if she wasn’t traveling.

Now we just vacuum 2 or 3 times a day. :dunno:

They are awesome dogs. Max was about 120Lbs. Sweetest dog unless he thought you were a threat to his goats. One of his sons is in our house. I have no worries about my wife if I am not home, even though she basically won't touch any of the guns in the house. She is his herd.
