Yup. At work, if someone called and wanted someone's cell #, or even their schedule, we would just pass on the info.
You never gave that info away without permission first.
Then again, maybe I got lucky when an old timer at work told me that when someone called for someone not there.
Also, if someone asks about overtime or profit sharing, it's non of their business. If the person they are calling for wants it discussed, they can discuss it themselves.
You'd get lawyers or ex-wives calling, trying to see if they can raise payments.
Funny thing, they are never interested in adjusting payments when overtime drops to nothing.
One December, there were three paychecks. Just the way the schedule worked out.
