They're thick! I saw some when I was there the other day and they were 1 1/2 - 2" thick, same as the tuna steaks. I split the tuna steaks I got so they were about 1/2 - 3/4".Cooked swordfish steaks on the kamado. Pretty tasty.

When I've bought (frozen) tuna steaks at other places, they were usually only about half an inch. I was really surprised at how thick the fresh ones were.We got ours at kroger about a year ago, they were pretty thick.

Found a dead chipmunk ️ in the garage.. well smelled it first. Dogs helped locate it but it’s in the bean field now.
