Venison jerky is my favorite! I don't have a source for venison anymore though.

Edit: Oh, I might! Forgot about a buddy of mine that's a deer hunter.

I made up 2 batches of jerky last night. If I head north I can drop some off.

Good morning everyone. Decided to mow before it got dark yesterday. Then son in law came came over needed help. He rounded off a oil drain plug. Welded a big nut on it and it came right out. Was up till after midnight waiting on 1st batch of jerkey. Started another ,went to bed, back up at 5 to remove it then back to bed. finally up for the day.

Have to clean up kitchen and put stuff away. Fix breakfast while in there.

Bedspread's almost done in the dryer. Washed the slipcover for Susan's recliner. It's on the rinse cycle. Cleaned the toilet in the half bath. Topped off the salt in the softener tank.

Just fixed Barb's eggs and toast. Oatmeal for me. Eye appt this day after lunch. For both of us.
