Mostly salmon in excess from sales after Easter.

Need to thaw some to smoke on the grille this week end.

In my prior life in insurance claims, that would come up almost every year. Someone would have the ground pushing water toward the housed so surface water would enter through doors, basement windows, etc. People just couldn’t understand why we wouldn’t pay for their damages.
