Sheets and pillowcases in the wash. Almost ready for the dryer.

Wife did the bedding to finish yesterday.

I keep my T's, hoodies, jeans, close boys and sweats aside to keep her from having to do mine, too.
All are in the dryer, now.

Ever since I started BP meds, I'm always cold by the time Wife is cool enough. I wear a hoody inside the house.
Kind of like the BP meds shut down my jets or something.

That doesn't mean I'm more comfortable in the heat, though. My Goldilocks temp is more narrow than ever these days.

Returning from my bike ride, Daughter was returning from walking dog.
Dog has been suspicious of my bike, but today he let me take the leash and he got to a full run.
It's about a quarter mile down to the culdesac and he ran both there and back.

Slowed when I was turning around, mainly to prevent tangling his leash, then away he ran.
Best I can do on foot is a quick trot, maybe a gallop.
On my bike, I can give him a full run, now that he is getting used to it.
    Happy dog!
tried it once with a dog, me on a bike, him at 110 pounds, I lost
    never again

    Hey, Klaus.
    Totally get it.
Back when I lived in the country and had three large retrievers, I ran them with a little motorcycle at about 25mph or more.
    No leashes!

Old mama dog, who had had eight litters in her long lifetime, large lab, large litters, bowed out after one trip.
Her two pups I kept were ready for a couple more 2 mile laps.
