We've got an old steel glider out on the deck with a bunch of stuff piled up on it (boxes to be burned, some old rugs, etc.). Callie has staked out a perch and is lounging out there now.

I am, but it's not with stuff I enjoy doing.
I should qualify this. I've always done the laundry and dishes and stuff, but Susan was a HUGE help in the yard stuff. She loved weeding and digging and transplanting, etc.. Mowing was always mine, and that's the way I wanted it. :):

Now, I've got to do it all (mostly). Not complaining, but there's only so much I can do. The "necessary" takes priority over the "would like to be doing".

It’s ok to not do as much one year. We didn’t mulch at all last year.

I'd like to mulch again this year, but right now my truck is out of commission. Drivers side door won't latch and I need to have a tear in the sheet metal welded (I think) in order to get it working again. That's another thing that keeps getting pushed down on the list.

Getting a little stressed with all this stuff. And work keeps asking me if I can take on these new projects. Of course I tell them I can, but I've got a few in the queue so I told them I'd like to get them prioritized. Want to plan a small vacation with Susan but when they keep hitting me like this, it's hard to do. I want to tell them to just leave me alone for awhile!
