Is that the law that requires most sellers to get FFL'S?Went yesterday and it was packed! Last show of the year that they put on and last, for now, due to the revised law. All sellers at the tables are afraid they will get busted after May 10 when the law goes into effect. They were unloading everything they could.
They revised the current law by adding 460 something pages. Changes it to selling personal firearms for a profit, then 4473's are required. Meaning the buyer and seller would have to go to a FFL and do the paperwork to transfer the firearm. At gun shows where you rent a table and sell your private firearms, no ffl was ever needed. That is changing starting May 10. You would have to have an FFL or go to a gun shop or FFL holder and do 4473 to sell your personal firearms at a gun show.Is that the law that requires most sellers to get FFL'S?
