Judging by the shooter, she won’t be hot.Why am I thinking that this will take a John Hinckley, Jr. turn where this was some weirdo's attempt to impress a leftist girl or guy....or zhe (it is 2024)?

That depends. If she puts him up to it and she's acting under the direction of someone else....Judging by the shooter, she won’t be hot.
Due to the slope of the roof they likely could not see a rifle until he popped it up to assume a shooting position. Whatever happened between him and the police officer who tried to climb onto the roof was out of view and, at minimum, several seconds behind comms relaying any of that information to the sniper. They can't just smoke somebody for crawling on a roof, absent any other information on the threat. You have a guy on a roof with a rifle. The guy was seen by local police and they backed off, for whatever reason.
When someone has a rifle pointed at a person do you wait till they actually shoot or do you eliminate the threat? Those few seconds of waiting almost killed Trump and did kill one other.
It's too fishy, something isn;t right but IMO, don't wait, eliminate.
Honor is a virtue not readily exhibited by the current American Administration and their Wall St Donors in the corporate class. In some countries CEOs resign if they fail at their mission, it's a question of honor.
And we're not even talking about life and death here.
The best catch them on ejection.A true sniper would collect his brass
I get what you’re saying from the point of view of the CS team. But there were several eyewitnesses that saw him on the roof with the rifle for minutes and were warning officers. There is no acceptable excuse that he wasn’t stopped before the shooting or that Trump wasn’t covered and moved before the shooting.Due to the slope of the roof they likely could not see a rifle until he popped it up to assume a shooting position. Now, if the radio told them "target observed with a rifle", they probably don't have to wait. Based on the timeline in the videos I'm not surprised they didn't get that information in time.
Imagine if some dumb teenager climbed up on a roof behind he wanted a better view and then immediately got splattered when he popped his head up over the ridge. There has to be PID of a threat if you're gonna smoke somebody over the heads of a crowd of people, it's not optional.
A present day 20 yo probably lusts after something on the web that we haven’t the slightest clue who it is, not movies or TV as we did back in the day…I'm pretty sure, those are too 'yesterday' for a present day 20 year old
His AI girlfriend told him it would impress her...A present day 20 yo probably lusts after something on the web not movies or TV as we did back in the day…
OMG! This made me ask, when will the first major crime be blamed on AI made me do it?His AI girlfriend told him it would impress her...
So...Taylor Swift?Judging by the shooter, she won’t be hot.
This is precisely the technique I endorse. The best catch them on ejection.

Search me...ask CNN.How do they know he walked? Maybe he had a ride. Is there Home Depot security footage of him buying the ladder?
Also other reports up thread say it was a 5’ ladder and that his vehicle was on site with conflicting reports about what vehicle.
apparently that was ramped up ..They absolutely did not increase his security until last night.
