Hopefully next year Danica will pole dance during red flags and rain delays.

It's been an hour under the red flag and officials are still working on the track, making sure it's perfect when they get back to racing. NASCAR chairman Brian France says the recent rain has prevented the "normal" procedure from working. France says usually this wouldn't take as long but officials are on their third attempt at fixing the track.

    Southeast of disorder.
Something to think about. If you remember the '92 Indy 500, the air temp at the start of the race was 50 degrees. That race was a crash fest due to the cold tires not being able to get grip on the track. Right now the temp in Daytona is 50 degrees and will be dropping as we head into night.

How fast will track temp drop?
