It would depend on if the bolt would strike them. I think it was always the first or 2nd fin though. Nothing a file couldn't get rid of though.

And of course as expected the ex wife is filing a petition to extend the PO. 2 years and she still cant leave me alone. When I made it pretty obvious I didnt want to be near her by moving a county away.

One of my son's got divorced. Separation was right after their son was born in 2015. He's been going through hell since that separation. Mom got custody and has been running him through the wringer on visitation since then. Finally (3rd Judge) had a hearing yesterday where she told his ex to get with teh program, recognized her obstructionism, said there would not be a trial to work out the final order. Told the ex that he was to start getting overnights and out of state visits. (She and the kid live in NY (Long Island) and my son moved back here to Indiana.) So it took 8+ years and thousands of $ but the court finally saw through her BS. It may take time for you, but hopeful that perseverance will pay off.
