I'm glad you guys started talking about food. I needed to get the ribs thawed and in the oven. Got them in a sink of hot water now, will sauce them and put them in the oven in about 15 min. Also will have baked sweet potatoes and broccoli.

I picked up 6 pounds of crab legs for dinner tonight.

Kid and his buddy conned his buddy's mom into another sleepover. This is fine since they are going to MSI to see the U505 submarine tomorrow anyway.

Who do you get your beef from? Not sure if our butcher will vacuum sealed, but never asked. We portion it then freeze it. Does he seal it in portions you request?

I'll have to check what processor is used. My daughter coordinates the buying as we get the meat from a Rochester cop and shes a dispatcher. Believe it's processed around there somewhere

Yes. It comes packaged in the portions we request.

Forgot about following up on this question. Here's how it comes packaged and shows the processor on the label

They're just the processor for the meat I get, so quality will depend on the farmer whomever gave you the steak gets theirs from

it does not matter, this meat is now tainted with Hobart germs.

No clue where the meat came from. The lady that gave it to me has family is west Lafayette and the Morocco area.

She had given me ground beef like your package before which is always so yummy.
