So can a .308, but they don't ***** about those...
It's weird. In my head all of Napes posts have an English accent, but when I've heard his actual voice, I don't hhear it
I've lived here too long. I am losing my identity.

I'm wondering if that's a violation of the preemption law?Yes but as talked about in the other thread it's to wal-marts overall $$$ that they not make waves about it.
I've decided I'm going to be at the meet tomorrow, since the world has stopped spinning. I probably won't shoot very much if at all, but will bring al my toys to share. Should have 2 tagalongs too.
NO IT IS NOT!
The city did not REQUIRE them to remove the 'tactical' goods, they asked them, they pressured them, they berated them, and they *****ed at them. But the city did not make it illegal to sell the goods. Hence, the city has violated nothing. The city had, as part of a prior agreement, written into the contract, wording that specified specific things. Those things would include many concessions from Wal Mart to get the proper zoning approvals, etc. It was a mutual consent agreement in order to get concessions from the city.
