2 more to go...
Beard October through March. You lost the beard?
Congrats, by the way. You've done some good parenting, for your kids to be doing so well.
.
One of my FB memories came up a few days ago where I posted about an event going on at the elementary school down the street (just south of St Anthony Hospital in Crown Point). Cars were parked all along the far side of the street for the event, and as I was driving by, I saw several sets of parents who thought it was fun to get out of their cars, grab their kids by the hands, and play dodge the cars all the way across Main St.These parents letting their kids run out into the street in front of cars then laughing... My dad would have beat my democrat if I did that. These parents think it's funny. It really should be legal to hit these people. Gotta love apartment life.
That is what we have now, my wife is looking at over/under units with the refrigerator on top, freezer below. I'm hoping to avoid the purchase for at least another year! Our old one had freezer on the left, fridge on the right. Neither compartment seemed roomy enough because they were both so narrow.
Insurance companies suck. I had a fight with mine last year for my migraine medication. They didn't want to cover the one the Dr prescribed, which worked. I had to try two others first. The first did nothing for three months. The second put me in the hospital with my blood pressure hitting 194/137 in November. My blood pressure would continue to give me problems through February. Oh, and it did nothing for my migraines. They finally approved my prescription then. Now I got a letter saying I have to talk to my Dr again about other drugs, because they do not want to cover this one.Just a lil obsessive about keeping temp in the cooler because I got my delivery of Skyrizi yesterday and it has to be kept refrigerated. This will be my first month using this med. Had to change from Cimzia because even with insurance, Cimzia was $750/month. Skyrizi has copay assistance so I get it for free. Retail on it is $18K/month with GoodRx. https://www.goodrx.com/skyrizi
I just hope it works for me. I tried 3 or 4 before settling on the Cimzia.
yes, sometimes.Anyone here use GasBuddy?
I used to, back when I drove a lot more than I do now. Then I just started buying my gas at Costco all the time, since it was cheapest and I drove by it on my way home from work.Anyone here use GasBuddy?
I used to use it more, still pop in on it from time to time. Been using 'Upside' now, to get money back towards gift cards. About to cash in first one for $50, Decent app, limits the amount of stations to use for $ though.Anyone here use GasBuddy?
When I was working I paid $30 per week which I thought was reasonable. Retired now so I take care of it.Mine gets mowed once a week unless it is raining on the day the guys usually come, then it's two weeks. I do not care. Every time they come it's $30, cha ching. Actually, I am very lucky to have a guy who only charges $30. He has charged me $25 for the past 7-8 years, and this year he said he was going to have to go up to $30. I told him I had no problem with that.
I used to when I was able. Still got a lawnmower in the shed that I will probably never use. When I was working I paid $30 per week which I thought was reasonable. Retired now so I take care of it.
Only the best.Aaaahhhh, bucket seat
I've never bothered to log how many mows I get out of the 3 gallon tank on my half acre but it's more than 1 per gallon. What is wrong with you people? I can't afford enough gas to mow my lawn more than once a week.
