    My exciting plans are to try and brace this fence up until I can get someone to come and look at it. The few companies that are doing repairs at all are booked out weeks just for estimates, and months for repairs.
    And even if you book them it will be at least 1/2 year before they can get the material.

    We have a project at work going on 9 months waiting on parts before they can start. New estimate is another 6 months before thr parts arrive.

    Now, if I can just get the energy to finish my chores, then go over there and replace the posts.


    Found out my upstairs toilet problems were due to a small crack in the tank.
    So, had to buy a new one.
    And I'll have the fun of installing it tomorrow.

    So, had to buy a new one.
    And I'll have the fun of installing it tomorrow.
    I once replaced a leaking wax seal on a 2nd floor toilet. In the process of removing the toilet, I unknowingly damaged the seal between the tank and the bowl. The ensuing leak was enough to destroy the ceiling in the room below by the time I discovered it.
