Ok folks. I’m looking for a LOCAL meat market that has both good meat ( think pork butts, ribs, brisket) for a good price that won’t break the bank. I already know about lowery’s, but that a bit far, and I meats in Laporte. I’m hoping for possibly something a bit closer. Photo of today’s cook to get attention. Lol

Been going to Yesteryears for years and years. They catered every celebration my family has had. My father used to babysit the original owner. He was a firefighter and avid community member. Great business all around. Also they have the best Italian Beef in the region.

I was going to recommend Yesteryears also, but that may cause a N of 30 to venture out of their territory.

I’m looking for fresh cut. Particularly Boston butts, ribs, both spare and babyback, and belly. As well as brisket, beef ribs, and chuck rolls. Looking for cuts to use on the smoker mostly.

Butcher Block in Lowell is really good. You'd have to order them if you wanted them fresh though.
