Got sideswiped in the E.C. round a bout off of cline and airport rd on the way to work tonight. What a great year it has been lol. Luckily only body damage to the driver side doors but I'm sure parts will be on backorder for a while. Also glad my dashcam got the accident so should be fairly quick to complete.

Here's something that's not gibberish. Went to visit the grandson on his 2nd birthday. So we head to the park, eventually to the swings, where said grandson guides me over to the safety swing and says, "Up, Papa". So I strap myself in, carefully, for fear of damaging certain parts where it snaps together. He then proceeds to climb up on the big-boy swing and laugh his ass off, at me in the "baby" chair. That's some 1st class smartassery right there, impressive for a 2 yr old:

    Doesn't preemption cover that?
Depends on what they pass as the ordinance.

A ban on the sell of ar-15.
Yes preemption would strike it down.

A ban on the sell of all items. Not just guns, but everything for all shows (the art show, the animal show, the boat show). Basically make it like the dnr properties where no commercial transactions can occur. That might pass the preemption.

Granted they will lose a ton of revenue doing that and doubt they are willing to lose that money.
