Finally started the process of setting up my NFA and firearm trusts. Tired of being mad at myself for not doing it.

I need to get started with that process also.

I want at least a couple suppressors. One for rimfire, one for 9mm, one for .223.

Would one for 10mm Auto still be effective for 9mm? I know the thread size would be different.

Sounds like you've done the homework. So the Trust is the best way to go about it?

    TIA.

    .

Trust allow you more flexibility plus when you die depending on who you left as a controller of thr trust they can continue to use the items with no fees/stamps needed again since technically the trust is still alive.

Sent you a pm. Since my kid is 5, the successor part now is important, just in case. Organizing starts with:
    All your info

    Title of Trust(s)

Co-Trustees full names (Trustees MUST be at least 18.)

Successor Trustees ( Their only role is to pass the items down to your beneficiaries.)

Beneficiaries (Beneficiaries can be any age. If not 21 at time of your death, the successor trustees will hold the property

    Effective is subjective.

Things you need to think about, size/length, weight, suppression. There is a tradeoff for each against the others.

No suppressor will work as well for different calibers as dedicated suppressors for each.

Do you have others you want to be able to have possession of your items while you are alive? That seems to be the biggest advantage of a trust.

How would this cause it to back up at Indy and Calumet if it's westbound and in Lake Station? Wouldn't it be backed up East of Ripley?
