Yeah. Seen it's been pretty bad everywhere. Wife was listening to scanner earlier. Not just local, but Fulton county since Daughter is dispatch there. Kind of out your way. Lots of accidents and slide offs going on across the area

Maple Bourbon Glazed Grilled Raccoon Recipe

    INGREDIENTS

    1 YOUNG RACCOON, QUARTERED
    2 TABLESPOONS BBQ RUB

    SAUCE
    1 CUP REAL MAPLE SYRUP
    1/2 CUP BOURBON
    2 TABLESPOONS COFFEE BBQ RUB
    3 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
    1 SHALLOT, FINELY CHOPPED

    COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Skin and dress the raccoon by cutting into four leg sections and the back. Remove the pea-sized scent or musk gland from each leg near where it meets the body. There are several YouTube videos that will show you exactly where these glands are located.

Skin and quarter the raccoon like your would a rabbit or squirrel.

Make the sauce. Melt the butter in a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat. Add the shallot and cook for 3 to 5 minutes until softened. Add the syrup, the bourbon, and the coffee rub. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
Rub the raccoon all over with any dry BBQ rub.

Sprinkle your favorite BBQ rub over the surface of the meat.

Grill over medium heat, about 300 degrees for 90 minutes. Baste with maple bourbon sauce every 15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking time.
Brush the maple glaze over the raccoon as it grills.

You old guys are funny and paranoid...

It's a knob and dead bolt... No matter if it's key or code if someone wants in they want in and will get in
Age has nothing to do with it. I work in Cybercesurity for a large company. I see how vulnerable stuff is everyday, and choose not to open myself up anymore than necessary.

    Steel reinforced door frames

    Security room(s)

6” screws into the studs that hold the reinforced frames

3M security film that pretty much requires an ax or chainsaw to get thru the windows

Thorn bushes under the windows just to #u(¥ you up while you beat on my glass

Radio back up to the alarm monitoring service

2 video systems with 28 cameras

    infrared flood lights

    and several other fun things
Who would you recommend for security film installation?

Ctc/SA_Tom hope you're both doing ok.

We were power out here for about 5-6 hours. With the aquariums and the cheat freezer I really want to get a generator but, as with all things it seems, $$$.
