PS I went to the local Issac Walton yesterday to see about joining for a place to shot within 20 minutes of home.
Well... its was kinda weird, a bunch of kids smoking and hanging out at the club house and no one knew anything about membership.
I walked over to the range that didnt look as if anyone had been there in the last few years.

Looks like I'm still looking .

My father was a member at this place ages ago...he left or didnt renew im not sure, but basically said that they had sold out and members couldnt even go to shoot anymore...that they scheduled and rented out the range so often. I have been wanting to look into becoming a member, the proximity is needed...anyone here a member or have some good information about the place?

I just clicked on their main site and the Membership button, and it says Membership CLOSED. Of course, if you knew someone, you might could get on a list. I don't know.

I'm at work. Took parents car.
SUV in a parking lot waiting on tow truck.

I SHOULDA taken it in.

Tow truck taking it straight to Ford.
They can make sure all the pulleys are turning.
I'll either borrow mom's car another day, or get a rental.
Just glad I figured it out moments before getting on i-65.

And mad, cause I thought I heard something last week.
But then convinced myself it was my imagination.
