Went pheasant hunting today with my uncle. We both got 2 birds and had a great time. Going to try them in the smoker tomorrow. Had to take a little nap when I got home after the 4.5 miles we hiked.

Havn't seen a pheasant in NWI for 30 years. Miss those days with my dad and the bird dogs. Have seen wild turkeys multiple times the last few years, that we never saw up here between 1960's to 2010.

I'm envious. Enjoy.

Well, this is my first full week, I work 6 days, and yesterday I worked over 1.5 hours.
So.. so much for the 48 hour limit I'm supposed to have.

Yesterday I was on a scissor lift, trying to mount an antenna in a better spot, while simultaneously burning out a hole saw drill bit, and using up 2 separate drill batteries.

It could have done it during the day, so I'd have daylight. But no. Let's do it when I want dinner and ligt.
