Have you even made up a 30 day food calendar where you log everything you eat by date & time? And also logged a your migraines.
I found that my migraines were related to certain foods and, depending upon the food, I'd have a headache in 1 to 12 hours after consumption of the food. It led me to removing some specific foods from my diet. Combination foods (cheese + sausage + yeast = pizza) could create a massive headache.
Sleep and eating schedule.
Both disrupted by shift work.
Only way out is to quit my job.
And I'm 4.5 years away from my pension, so I guess I put up with it.
