Went to work early yesterday and ended up changing 106 brake shoes from 6pm till around 3am in the rain. Good times.
Look on the bright side...they're composite and not cast iron. I used to spend Tuesday evenings doing brake shoes on the switchers and the hump units at Proviso. It was nothing to do 40-50 cast iron shoes in a night. I'll gladly do 100 composite shoes before doing cast iron again!
