Contacted the person today--(I will not call him a Gunsmith from now on)---------he has had the gun for a month now---------"been busy, try to get to it next week"
my opinion---The repair work should've been top priority
I just talked to Robert Stynski (the gunsmith? in Pendleton)iabout my friends rifle-------Me--"I thought that it would be a prioity repair as it was your mistake--you have had the rifle over 6 weeks since I returned it--showing you the issue"----------------Robert--"I talked to the owner-----I'll get it done"
Next time you speak to him for an update, I'd ask for/insist on a deadline. "I'll get to it" is really no farther along than you were before you talked to him.
Sorry to hear about all the Problems. He has proven to all of us that he's not a stand up guy, or good gunsmith/buisness man. If he was your friend would have had his Rifle back weeks ago. Robert Stynski has proven he's not someone to do any work on your Guns.
