Thank you for letting me know about this thread! Appreciate the warm welcome to the community. Moved to NWI 27 years ago, Im 45, married, 5 kids( 4 boys 20,18,15,9, one girl 12). My wifes grandpa gifted me an older walther ppk, recently went to Cabelas in Hammond and acquired a CZ shadow 2. Have an interest to acquire some additional guns. Want to invest in a good conceal and carry.

Their rimfires (.22's and such) are world renowned for good quality without braking the bank. In terms of concealed carry, the CZ Rami comes to mind, although there are many good choices available.
Good luck with it.
p.s.: It is customary to post pics when you acquire and mention a new firearm! . Just kiddin, but here's how:

I'm usually pretty OCD about checking the status of wire power.
And today, I managed to find 220vac where I wasn't expecting it.
Fortunately the pliers took the damage.
And I didn't jump off the roof. Which is good, cause parking lots are notoriously hard to land on.
yes.Good thing you retired!
