It's not smart to use a slip over barrel adapter for a can
Most barrels, especially rugers, are not concentric OD to bore. These reference no alignment to the bore.... plus using a set screw will further tilt the suppressor from center unless its a perfect slip fit.
Think about the tolerance band on the OD of a paclite..
. Probably whatever the extrusion is; +/-. 005

FWIF, I believe Volquartsen sells a slip on device for the MK III...

Also, my favorite part of the EBay add:

I called the ATF on a pawn shop trying to sell a SBS to a little old lady, I tried to tell them what they had but instead they trespassed me from the store

Make you feel better? Get these bad people off the streets. Let's send men with guns to kidnap them and throw them in a cage for selling something that is none of your business.

Or prevent someone from selling a senior citizen something that would make them a felon. I would have a hard time ratting out an individual, but an FFL selling a restricted item to someone who wouldn't know any better? That deserves some awareness.

I've seen a lot worse than this on eBay! I've seen actually suppressors on there, but just separated in two parts, to not make it an actual working suppressor, and illegal, until it's put together.
