WELCOME!! I grew up in Oak Ridge, have a sister that lives in Kingston. She is the controller for Rocky Top Markets. One of these days we will move back.

    Chris,
My first job out of high school was selling new cars at Dean Stalling's Ford in Oak Ridge. My sister lives in Lenoir City not too far from where your sister lives.

Welcome from Evansville. Love Tennessee. People are friendly down there.

Been to Evansville several times. Actually I've been to quite a few places in Indiana. I used to go to Logansport quite a bit too. I STILL don't know the truth behind the term Hoosier though.

I'm heading down around Nashville in a couple of weeks. Can you recommend any gun shops I need to check out in that area?

    You'll love this forum...

I grew up outside of Nashville in Hendersonville but I didn't have the "gun bug" then so I never even thought about gun stores. I CAN tell you that you need to make a trip down 2nd Ave.

Welcome, Gav. Our last little mini-vacation was down in your neck of the woods. Stayed in NE Chattanooga. I have a friend that lives in Cleveland.

    Sure is purdy down thataway.

    Welcome, Tennessee.

Plenty of immigrants from Tazewell, Tennessee in this city at least.

What are the 3 Rs in the South? Readin', Ritin' and Route 31 North!:D

I was just in Tennessee in February, driving to Shootrite. Stopped in Nashville to have dinner with Tennessee's noted rkba agitprop ramble rouser Oleg Volk.

Anybody going to tell me what a Hoosier is?

    1. Mill workers for Samuel Huzier.
    2. English/Southern name for "backwoods", "uncoth".
    3. "Who's there?"

    Take your pick:D

    Welcome to INGO bro! :welcome:

I've fished the Tennessee river in McNarey (sp) County (Buford Pussers County), and we caught a large cooler full of nice sized Stripped Bass. :)

Love the entire State, you are blessed to live there.
