Maybe you missed it, but it was pointed out that NYC is apparently one of the safest places in the country. Well it used to be, until now.Long over do !
Now the good guys have a fighting chance.
Hard to believe the left that has some of the highest crime/murder rate in the country is mad that the people can now defend them selves.!
Well not really they are all D***H***s anyway.
Your terms are acceptable. This guy lives in the land of make believe like the many others freaking about over today's decision. But like the rest of them they don't take the trolley.. They all pile into the Short Bus View attachment 207609
Not look at Keith's twitter feed.Oh no
What WILL we do?
I mean we do, just not from legal gun owners. Gang bangers are shooting at each other all the time.Funny how they say it will be the Wild West , when most of the country is already carrying and I haven’t seen any high noon shoot outs.
That’s gonna happen reguardlessI mean we do, just not from legal gun owners. Gang bangers are shooting at each other all the time.
Bingo. None of these laws and rules affected them in the least. That’s gonna happen reguardless
They can’t kill each other fast enoughI mean we do, just not from legal gun owners. Gang bangers are shooting at each other all the time.
It SHOULD cause may issue to convert to shall issue. but I suspect its going to take lawsuits to make them comply. What does this ruling mean for other states with similar laws as New York? Will they all immediately dissolve their may issue status and go to shall issue? Will those states have reciprocity with Indiana? Too early?
I thought Abe Lincoln was the man attributed the quote, "...now come enforce it." Is Gen. D. Morgan who actually said it?
Desperate times call for desperate measures. The new talking point for today is below. I had never once seen this argument made in all my time wading around in anti-gun twitter. Today I'm seeing it everywhere.
"In 1789, the Second Amendment was written.
In 1847, the bullet was invented.
Thus, the Second Amendment only applies to muskets."
Gee, that sounds mighty insurrection-ey. Might want to investigate him. Maybe lock him up for our safety until his trial. This guy lives in the land of make believe like the many others freaking about over today's decision. You would think that one's 2nd Amendment Constitutional right to carry for self defense should grant them that same right from State to State. I mean other rights such as the 1st Amendment are universally applicable in all States no matter where we go.. Why not the 2nd Amendment? It SHOULD cause may issue to convert to shall issue. but I suspect its going to take lawsuits to make them comply.
As to reciprocity? Not a chance. They are being FORCED to go to Shall issue. They arent going to give anyone any extra rights that they arent required to.
Olberdork is basically calling for an army of .gov jackboots to ignore Constitutional rights.Gee, that sounds mighty insurrection-ey. Might want to investigate him. Maybe lock him up for our safety until his trial.
This is such a remarkable weirdness that freedom of speech is coast to coast, but 2a is not. And what of the three judges that dissented? They have every right to not like guns, wish guns were illegal for the masses. But to dissent on shall/may issue would demonstrate their disdain for my personal freedoms. Which of my rights aren't malleable according to the three dissenters? Three supreme justices believe a bureaucrat can dictate which citizens have value enough to exercise personal freedoms. You would think that one's 2nd Amendment Constitutional right to carry for self defense should grant them that same right from State to State. I mean other rights such as the 1st Amendment are universally applicable in all States. Why not the 2nd Amendment?
I like it!Olberdork
