New NYUJLL Article on McDonald by David Hardy

David Hardy, who was writing about the Second Amendment decades before it was a hot topic, has a new law review article in the New York University Journal of Law & Liberty that I believe INGO may find interesting. I just finished it, 213 footnotes, get coffee and do it in multiple sessions. I especially like the discussion of Breyer's dissent in McDonald,which highlights the hypocrisy.
