Grade 3/4 Walnut, no receiver engraving, no barrel porting and what appears to be an improved Fire Lite system that I am guessing works better on sub gauges. Not dropping my 725 for it, but definitely a step in the right direction for browning ditching the barrel porting IMHO.

Heck, just buy one of each to see which one fits the best...

I mean the trap gun is definitely a different beast than the Sporting gun, different barrel regulation , stock and rib set ups.

That being said it is generally good advice to buy the adjustable model as most people are but lucky enough a stock stock fits perfectly

I’ve got an original 12 ga. Browning Citori from late 1973 that my Dad bought me for my high school graduation. 50 years and thousands of rounds later it is still as tight as a bank vault and still patterns perfectly at 40 yards. I’ve never had a single issue with the shotgun, it shoots perfectly and I’ll pass it down to my son. In my experience, you simply can’t beat Browning O/U shotguns. :wavey:
