So anyone else addicted to them? In our house we affectionately call it the "bag of crack" because once you start, you cant stop eating them.

Thank God they are only available during Easter. Or I would be toothless and 500lbs.

For those that dont know, they are basically jelly beans with nerds candy coating in place of the normal shell.

I haven't had them for a couple years. I have to hide from them, because a bag has never lasted 24 hours with me.

Wait, that's a thing? Why would you tell me this? Or is that why wasn't I told of this?

My name is Adam and I'm addicted to Starburst Jellybeans. I can relate cuz the Starburst ones are my weakness this time of year. I'll hsve to find and try the Nerds ones.

Man, I really could have done without knowing these existed. Nerds ropes nearly killed me when I first tried those in high school.

Damn, those things were insanely good.

My kids always give me their nerds from Halloween, thankfully.

CSB: Apparently we were a test market, along with Lexington KY. I remember when they FIRST came out a couple years ago. LOTS of citric acid to make them hella sour. (I found my first bag at a gas station down there, then found them when I got home from the trip.) I had sores on my tongue from that first bag. Then they disappeared for two years. Then they suddenly reappeared and were toned down.

I think this year's formula is even less sour than last year and are a nice balance of sour and sweet. (yes, I am discussing candy like a fine wine.)

OMG, I must find them. I love sour candies, they're great. Thanks for making me fatter INGO, love you all.

You misunderstood. They USED to be sour. They are more balanced now. Tangy and sweet. AMAZEBALLS if you like Nerds themselves. You get the taste without the noggin rattling crunch.

Cool. When they were tested they were up there with Shockers and other candies covered in citric acid powder. My tongue would write a thank you letter to Wonka if it could for reducing the citric acid levels.

Nerds jelly beans have been my favorite for a long time. First couple years I only found them at Easter, bt they are available year round on amazon.

I also like the warhead jelly beans.
