Looks like a 7.3 with a newer front end. Those are the best powerstroke motors. The 6.0 and up aren't the best. But all diesels have their pluses and minuses. I have 2 duramaxes and the 01 lb7 motors are known for injector failure and my 06 lbz is known for cracking pistons under extreme horsepower. I know from experience!

yea 7.3... Im a diesel mechanic so I know whats what. lol... last years income and this years has been nothing but thanks to 6.0... and I dont work at Ford.

That's a nice truck! I love mine. I seen from another post you're on 41 sometimes, I'm on that dern road daily, so maybe I'll drive by ya in your new truck and I'll wave lol.
