The wife is planning on hitting Monroe tomorrow, and figured I could find out if anyone has had luck? She always goes out of Crooked Creek in a kayak, and usually has good luck there. Just wondering if anyone else has already made it out that way.

I just came back from Monroe earlier this afternoon and brought 23 croppie, 1 sunfish, and 3 catfish home with me. The croppie below are from the day before which I cleaned and gave away already. LSAB is right though, the croppie are small.

That the thing about Monroe, it's so big that it can be feast or famine. My biggest Indiana bass was 6.9# and came from Monroe several years ago.

the DNR does not recommend to eat anything out of Monroe. Due to the PCP's left by GE several years ago.

I don't like fishing Monroe there is too much pollution from oil and gas from boats. But I never had any luck fishing there any ways (at least off a boat I haven't)
