    It'll be torn down and replaced before it's ever paid off. You can't have the billionaires & millionaires using an old playground, now can you?

    Of course it will. That's the CIB's plan. They borrowed $70M to build the Hoosier Dome and owed $78M when they tore it down 20 years later. The facility is just an ATM for the CIB to use to borrow against but use the money for other things.
