Michigan Ice recommendations?

I live near South Bend. I know they still have Dr good ice in the Cadillac Michigan area. Does anyone know of a great place to ice fish within three to four hours of the Michigan line?

Have you looked into the forums over at iceshanty.com ?
I haven't been on it this year but you might find some good updates there.

Somewhere on M-60 between Niles and Three Rivers, I have seen one lake with a bunch of shacks on it. But for the life of me, I can't recall where it is. I drive that road almost daily, (sometimes more than once) so everything I see on that stretch of road is all bundled together in a blur. The next time I get up that way, I'll try and remember where it is.
