Do you not think it significant that someone who says that ALSO says Biden's mandate is wrong? That's the point. This is so alienating that even people who believe in the efficiency of the vaccine are saying "Biden went too far."
Honestly, at this stage with what we now know about the virus, the best course of action may be to get the vaccine to give you some temporary protection and the ability to reduce symptoms. Then get exposed to the virus so you have a mild case and build up natural anti-bodies and immunity. This part:
Is absolute Leftist propaganda. The vaccinated can get, carry and transmit the disease. How is that defeating COVID? All the vax does is reduce symptoms. That's it, full stop. If they actually wanted people to make the decision to get the jab, they would answer questions like "what about natural immunity", "how exactly are the unvaccinated affecting the vaccinated in any way", etc. COVID is here to stay, treating it like it'll somehow magically go away if we get to a certain threshold of people getting the jab is complete fantasy.
Fingers crossed that my union membership will provide a barrier between me and my employer on this mandate….

I have looked for it, but by what authority is the Administration claiming that they can do this, outside say the service???

He just said he had the authority in the speech, doesn't that make it true?
Obviously the mandate by which he was elected by, just like every other president ever almost.I have looked for it, but by what authority is the Administration claiming that they can do this, outside say the service???
Similar to the "no new taxes" from a former president right?Remember when Joe Biden & Co said it wasn't the federal government's role to mandate vaccines?
Until Today, Joe Biden, Jen Psaki, and Rochelle Walensky Were All Publicly Opposed to Federal COVID Vaccine Mandates
Right up until the moment that he declared all large private employers in the country would be forced to require COVID-19 vaccinations, President Joereason.com
Ah, how care free and young we were in those simpler days back when it was July of this year.
The EO isn't published on the Federal Register yet, but apparently by making it a work place safety issue and using OSHA to end run the legislative process.
Meanwhile, Holcomb is welcoming the new batch of dem voters...

Remember when you were a kid and you asked your mom why you had to do something, and her answer was, "Because I said so!"? It's kinda like that. Except your mom actually had the authority. He just said he had the authority in the speech, doesn't that make it true?
They’re all cut from the same cloth.Similar to the "no new taxes" from a former president right?
Can employees standing up to it not stop it?Regardless of how this plays out in courts, it gives corporations the cover to institute jab mandates now for their workforce with the minimum amount of blowback. If in several weeks\months courts correctly determine that the federal government has no authority to do something this despotic, companies will already have put the policies in place and the probabilities are low that they will pull them back. The only things that stop this, is elected official being held criminally responsible for gross violation of individual rights, corporations being held legally and financially responsible for violation of individual, or widespread refusal by the workforce to comply (we must all hang together, or all hang separately).
