Wife has been slacking on changing the name on her LTCH. We were married at the end of September, and now it's the end of December... I think she hit the 3-month threshold.
What's the next steps here? Just get the form faxed in and get it done? Or does she have to do anything special since she's outside the 3 month limit? She has the lifetime, but never carries, if it matters...
