Well, if you haven't noticed the commercial real estate has not hit bottom yet.Not according to the agents I use who specialize in commercial properties. But hey, I've been doing this for a long time, and don't own distressed property, maybe for distressed property that would be normal.

I knew some had ffl and still could buy and sell new or used guns but I thought that was it. Something about using firearms as colatteral or am I thinking of the title loans that are no more in our state.
