BATON ROUGE, La. (AP) — Louisiana has become the first state where judges can order offenders guilty of certain sex crimes against children to undergo surgical castration under a bill signed into law by Republican Gov. Jeff Landry on Tuesday.

I can't go a long with forced medical procedures. Even for child rapists.

Keep them in prison or execute them.

Reminds me of a great joke.

Wife finds out her husband has been cheating on her. She lures him out to the detatched garage and workshop where his prized possessions are.

She takes off her trenchcoat to reveal a very sexy outfit and says she has a sexy surprise for him and hands him a blindfold and tells him to get undressed.

He hurredly undresses and puts on the blindfold.
