I just speed read through this thread to see if all the gun shops I was aware of were listed, so if this ones been mention, my apologies.
McDonald's Gun Shop
1757 S 600 E Marion, IN 46953-9594
(765)-664-8731
That's the information I pulled off of yellowbook.com, so I hopes its correct. I've only been there once, but he's got a whole mess of reloading supplies and a number of old collectibles in there (guns, accessories, etcetera). It's kind of a treasure hunt, you never know what you'll find.
I have one other place that I will be sure to post when I get the info. I'm not even sure what it's called, so I don't know if it's been listed either, but my friend has mentioned a guy out in Logansport whole just deals with reloading equipment and sells it all out of his garage, supposedly he has excellent prices too. As soon as I get the details, I will fill you all in.
Wyatt's Sporting Goods 40 E Buckeye St Cicero, IN 46034 (317)-984-2767
Don't know much about Wyatt's, but I have a friend who swears by them.
And the other one is:
Bob's Pawn, Jewelry, & Guns 505 N Washington St
Kokomo, IN 46901 (765)-459-0490
I know it's technically not a "gun shop" per say, but they do have a decent selection for what they are; they also offer a lot of class III stuff, silencers and the like. It's worth checking out if you are in the area. Just my opinion anyways.
Once again, if either of these were already listed, sorry about that. This thread had too many pages to read through..my mind tends to wander.
I picked up a nice Beretta 92FS at Falls City Firearms in Clarksville today. They are the new kids on the block. They seem to specialize in used guns and have a lot of WWII era guns and collectibles. Don't let the display case with all the Nazi memorabilia scare you away, they aren't neo-Nazis...just selling some collectibles. I also like Hi Tek in Sellersburg and Triple G in Greenville.
Don't know if it has been posted yet, but Richmond has two new gun stores. One is my Little Shebas inside of RISCO, and the other is NW 5th and L, by Clara's and Square Donuts in the northwest corner of the intersection in the car lot building. I have only been into the RISCO one. Its called Avenue Arms.
Just heard a commercial on the radio today for "Haley's Lodge", right next door to Haley's Lock Safe and Key on Union Street in Lafayette. Haley's Lodge sells guns, among other things.
Haven't had a chance to visit the "lodge" yet, but I've had a few dealings with Haley's Lock Safe and Key, and I'll be back.
New Haven Indiana K&T Guns Home 260-749-4867
442 Lincoln Hwy W New Haven, IN 46774
Lowest prices in all of Fort Wayne and New Haven. If he doesn't have it he'd be happy to order it for you. He is a guy who passes the savings on instead of keeps it all for himself.
