Liberty's Kids - TV show

Yeah, it is a kids show, but I admit to watching it with coffee and INGO on saturday mornings. I think this was a PBS series originally. Broadcast here on a -3 network channel. It is the Revolution from the point of view of several young "forrest Gump" types - you know, folks who happen to be there for everything. Voiced by lots of well knowns like Walter Cronkite and Warren Buffett.

Anyway, while not perfect, it does maintian the threads of freedom, liberty and personal responssibility. Well better than the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers trash

The kids I occasionally sit for a friend watch that show. I enjoy watching it with them b/c they always ask questions. That is heartwarming to hear a kid ask a question about a person of early American history!

My daughter (13 now) had a dvd of Liberty's Kids. I'm not sure where she got it or where it come from but my son found it recently and loves it!!!

This is awesome! Had no idea this show existed..

If only there were more kid shows like this to counter all the other B/S on..
