I haven't had any problems with my Loadmaster. I keep primers in the tray and put a universal decapping die in hole #1, and pull the decapper out of the sizing die in hole #2.
I did modify the large case feeder to work with .40 S&W rather than modify the small one.
Yes I have flipped a primer or two (my fault, not the LM, and it's easy to prevent with a paper clip) and I've purposely run it low to see what happens (nothing bad, the powder goes down the hole). I've intentionally double fed primers (nothing bad, the primer goes down the hole on the next station).
Adjustments are easy and intuitive. When I first got it I was miles ahead by watching the youtube videos though.
One thing I learned on my last session is to not pull the return chain on the AutoDisk tighter than one bead or it will break. Fortunately it broke in a place where I could still use it.
